In our Voice sessions, we focus on vocal exercises, movement, and breathing techniques that unlock the full potential of your voice. These sessions encourage vocal interactions, creative dialogue, and harmonic coexistence within the group. Through these practices, you’ll connect more deeply with your inner expressiveness, learning to communicate not just through words but through sound and vibration. It’s a space to explore your voice in new ways, building confidence and freedom of expression.
Move: Embody Authenticity & Creativity
The Move sessions are designed to help you develop a strong body-mind connection, encouraging self-expression through movement. By engaging in group exercises, you’ll explore creativity, release physical tension, and experience the power of moving authentically. This is an opportunity to reconnect with your body, tap into your emotions, and find a sense of belonging within the group. Through movement, you’ll express your unique self, fostering a deeper understanding of how your body communicates your thoughts and feelings.
Dance: Self-Expression Through Latin Rhythm & Flow
In our Dance group sessions, we combine the joyful energy of Latin dance (Salsa, Bachata, Cha-cha) with freestyle movement to promote self-expression and release. These sessions are designed to help you move freely and authentically, embracing the power of rhythm and flow. By using techniques like eco (mirroring the energy of others) and mirror (reflecting movements), we foster connection within the group while also allowing space for individual expression. Latin dance, with its passionate rhythms and sensual movements, serves as the perfect medium for exploring your unique voice and body, giving you the freedom to express emotions and stories through dance. It’s not just about the steps—it’s about how you bring your own personality, energy, and style into every movement.
The Experience:
Each session—Voice, Move, and Dance—works together to unlock your creativity, boost your confidence, and cultivate a deep sense of belonging. In the Voice sessions, you’ll discover new ways to express yourself vocally. In Move, you’ll reconnect with your body and allow your authentic self to emerge. And in Dance, through the vibrant rhythms of Latin dance, you’ll express your emotions, stories, and energy, exploring the freedom and flow of movement.
What to Bring:
-Shoes or thick socks: comfortable footwear for dancing or thick socks that allow for ease of movement.
– Comfortable clothing: wear clothes that don’t restrict your movement so you can fully engage in the experience.
– Blanket or mat (Optional): If you’d like to lie down during the session or for added comfort, feel free to bring a blanket or mat.
– Openness: come with a willingness to explore new experiences. These groups are about stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing new ways of connecting with yourself and others.
