Dance: Self-Expression Through Latin Rhythm
In Dance sessions, we use Latin rhythms (Salsa, Bachata, Cha-cha) combined with freestyle movement to promote freedom and flow. These sessions allow you to express yourself through dance, using techniques like mirroring and energy exchange to deepen connection while embracing your personal rhythm and style.

Brain Dance groups offer a unique opportunity to experience self-discovery through movement, body language, and non-verbal communication. We connect with one another not through words, but through shared expression—using our bodies, faces, and voices to form new relationships. This group is an invitation to a transformative experience where you can discover new aspects of yourself and deepen your connection with others.

– Strengthening family bonds: These groups can also help to strengthen relationships within families. To support this, we offer special discounts for married couples and families, encouraging shared participation in this powerful experience.
What to Bring:
-Shoes or thick socks: comfortable footwear for dancing or thick socks that allow for ease of movement.
– Comfortable clothing: wear clothes that don’t restrict your movement so you can fully engage in the experience.
– Blanket or mat (Optional): If you’d like to lie down during the session or for added comfort, feel free to bring a blanket or mat.
– Openness: come with a willingness to explore new experiences. These groups are about stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing new ways of connecting with yourself and others.

What to Expect from Individual Sessions
1. Initial Conversation: We’ll start with an open conversation where we explore why you’re seeking coaching, what specific challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll also assess if I’m the right fit for helping you reach your goals.
2. Setting a Plan: Based on your needs and goals, we’ll work together to create a personalized action plan. I’ll bring my expertise in movement therapy, brain coaching, and mindfulness to help you build the path forward.
3. Commitment and Rhythm: Together, we’ll establish a rhythm for our sessions, and outline mutual commitments to ensure that you get the most out of our work together.
4. Review and Decision: After four sessions, we’ll review your progress and determine if you’d like to continue working together or if you feel your goals have been met.
