In Voice sessions, we explore vocal exercises, movement, and breathing techniques to unlock your voice’s potential. Through creative vocal interactions and group harmony, you’ll discover new ways to express yourself beyond words, building confidence and freedom in communication.

Move: Authentic Self-Expression
Move sessions focus on body-mind connection, encouraging creativity and self-expression through group movement. You’ll release tension, explore your unique physical language, and feel a deeper sense of belonging and authenticity in motion.

Dance: Self-Expression Through Latin Rhythm
In Dance sessions, we use Latin rhythms (Salsa, Bachata, Cha-cha) combined with freestyle movement to promote freedom and flow. These sessions allow you to express yourself through dance, using techniques like mirroring and energy exchange to deepen connection while embracing your personal rhythm and style.

Brain Dance groups offer a unique opportunity to experience self-discovery through movement, body language, and non-verbal communication. We connect with one another not through words, but through shared expression—using our bodies, faces, and voices to form new relationships. What to Bring:
-Shoes or thick socks: comfortable footwear for dancing or thick socks that allow for ease of movement.
– Comfortable clothing: wear clothes that don’t restrict your movement so you can fully engage in the experience.
– Blanket or mat (Optional): If you’d like to lie down during the session or for added comfort, feel free to bring a blanket or mat.
– Openness: come with a willingness to explore new experiences. These groups are about stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing new ways of connecting with yourself and others.
