ABOUT ME

How Am I?

My journey reflects a profound and enriching mix of professional and personal development. As a qualified MA Dance Movement Psychotherapist and Brain Coach, I have a deep commitment to enhancing the human experience through my work. My focus on neuroplasticity combined with psychodynamic principles means I have gained a sophisticated understanding of how the mind and body interact in the healing process and of the brain’s ability to change and adapt.

Helping clients increase their self-esteem, improve their body image and enhance their communication skills through dance and movement therapy has an inredible impact. This approach can lead to transformational change that resonates in many aspects of their lives. My artistic talents, such as being a guitarist and songwriter, enrich my personal and professional life, and, as a result, creativity plays a vital role in the therapeutic process and in building deeper connections with others.

I strive to embody my values of health, integrity, growth and joy. This journey towards self-fulfilment not only enriches my life but also enhances the effectiveness of my therapeutic work.
